All Aboard! .sei Name Pre-registration & Public Registration Rules
All hands on deck! The Sei Mainnet has set sail on its maiden voyage, and the time has come to intricately thread the vibrant Sei ecosystem with digital identities. We are delighted to unveil the commencement of the .sei Name Pre-registration, scheduled to embark on August 23rd at 8 AM UTC. Soon after, the public registration will be launched on August 28th 9 AM UTC.
Who can participate in Pre-registration
- Participants who claimed any of these OAT: ‘The Ticket’, ‘The Ticket II’, ‘The Ticket III’, ‘The Ticket IV’ OATs. Besides, winners of any giveaway collaborated with our partners are also eligible to participate in .sei Name Pre-registration.
- For every “The Ticket” series OAT you possess, or every time you win our partner giveaway, you will unlock the opportunity to register one .sei name during Pre-registration.
- Additional perk for the participants who claimed all 5 Galxe OAT: can register a domain (5-character and longer) for 1-year for free during pre-registration phase.

Pre-registration Phase

- Allowlisted addresses only.
- First-come-first-serve registration.
- “Register Quota” shows how many domains you can register during Pre-registration.
- The registrations for any .sei domain need to be at least 1 year.
Public Registration
Aug 28th, 9AM UTC
- Open to all.
- Trading of .sei domain will be supported on NFT marketplaces on Sei, including BlueMove (https://bluemove.net/).

Yes. Discounts and love are served for the most active enthusiasts in our community! Plus, if you decide to register for multiple years during Pre-registration, the discount will apply to all years.
Reserved .sei Names
We will also have a concise selection of .sei names that are exclusively reserved for partner dApps in the Sei ecosystem. Our conviction stems from the potential these names hold to expedite the widespread adoption of .sei names and significantly enrich the overall community experience.
